Survey of advanced topics in the conduct of psychological research including issues in philosophy of science; origins of research ideas; validity and reliability; measurement; experimental, quasi-experimental and non-experimental designs; survey research; specialized methods such as online data collection, and cognitive procedures; and ethics.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
