Students will be expected to critically evaluate current theory, research, and practice in the field of Personnel Psychology with content emphasizing primary readings. Student presentations, project work, and debates will emphasize the implications for linking knowledge and practice. Topics may include job analysis, recruitment, selection, training, organizational context and structure, and performance appraisal.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

- Psychology 312 and one of 321 or 421 or 423.
